Job DescriptionChief Engineer
Take the lead in managing all building systems and maintenance operations for a large-scale hospitality property. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced facilities professional ready to drive safety, efficiency, and team performance.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $90,000–$105,000, based on experience

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or 5–7 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Leadership experience managing a maintenance or engineering team
- Familiarity with CAD, MS Office, and maintenance tracking systems
- Ability to respond to emergencies and lead crisis management
- Certifications (or willingness to obtain): OSHA 30, EPA, PMP
Must Haves:
- Lead preventive maintenance and capital projects
- Manage compliance, safety inspections, and building code requirements
- Oversee and develop a team of maintenance technicians
- Coordinate with vendors, monitor contracts and work orders
- Maintain all critical building systems: fire/life safety, HVAC, water treatment, electrical
Preferred Background:
- Experience in hospitality or mixed-use commercial facilities
- Knowledge of environmental compliance and energy-saving technologies
- Strong vendor management and budget oversight skills
- Hands-on problem solver with excellent communication abilities
