Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and skilled Handyman to join our team full-time, year-round. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fixing things, solving problems, and working on a variety of tasks. From small repairs and painting to landscaping and installing smart home devices, you'll help keep our properties in excellent condition.
Responsibilities

Perform general repairs inside and outside (carpentry, drywall, doors, windows, fixtures, furniture).

Maintain boats (cleaning, painting, varnishing, seasonal preparation).

Handle painting, patching, and finishing work.

Assist with small renovation projects and upgrades.

Take care of landscaping and outdoor tasks (mowing, trimming, planting, seasonal cleanup).

Drive company vehicle for picking up materials, running errands, and airport pickups.

Install and set up smart devices (locks, lights, cameras, and basic home technology).

Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and safe.

Provide polite and professional service when working at job sites.
Skills & Experience

Previous handyman, maintenance, or construction experience.

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Skilled in painting, drywall, and finishing.

Landscaping and yard work experience.

Familiar with installing and troubleshooting smart home devices.

Able to safely use power tools and hand tools.

Good problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training is a plus).

At least 2 years of related work experience preferred.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, and handle physical labor.
