Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Worcester, MA, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract role offers flexible full-time or part-time opportunities to support diverse student communication needs within a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations, diagnosis, and intervention services to students across K-12 grade levels.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique communication challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation according to state and school policies.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional input and recommendations to support students academic and social success.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license required.
  • Experience working with K-12 populations in a school environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and evidence-based therapy techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families.
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines.
