Location: Lawrence, Massachusetts
Contract Dates: August 25, 2025 June 18, 2026
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Caseload: PreK8th grade

ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a licensed and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive school district in Lawrence, MA for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, on-site position serving students from PreK through 8th grade.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language services to students in accordance with IEP goals

• Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and assessments as needed

• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings

• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student communication goals

• Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and compliance with district and state guidelines

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Valid Massachusetts SLP license (required)

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

• Previous school-based experience is a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills
