We are looking to add a VP of Technology to our team!
The Vice President of Technology owns the company’s technology vision, ensuring it supports business growth, scalability, and competitive advantage. The VP creates and executes a forward-looking technology strategy, aligning it with organizational objectives, and ensuring the timely completion of a robust technology roadmap.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement the company's technology strategy, aligning it with the company's business goals.
2. Oversee the management of all technology infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance.
3. Manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value delivery.
4. Lead the technology team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a high-performance culture.
5. Develop and implement IT policies and best practices, ensuring adherence to industry standards
6. Oversee the management of vendor relationships and outsourcing agreements.
7. Serves as an organizational expert in all key components of Salesforce and applies practical solutions to business problems to streamline operations. 8. Drives innovation in our solutions, optimizing payment processing, financial reporting, and risk management systems. Ensures seamless integration of Salesforce with other business platforms.
9. Ensure the company's data architecture is robust, scalable, and secure
10. Develop and monitor technology-related KPIs, providing regular updates to senior management.
11. Ensure the company's technology operations and procedures adhere to all compliance laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
1. 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on strategy and operations
2. Proven execution leader who’s led teams through delivery bottlenecks and rebuilds
3. Skilled people manager who isn’t afraid to confront underperformance and restructuring of teams
4. Hands-on with Azure environments and familiar with Salesforce delivery integration
5. Strategic contributor, but not a visionary type - willing to follow and support an existing product and architecture vision
6. Proven success in fintech, with deep knowledge of financial systems, payment processing, and risk management.
7. Expertise in AI/ML, cloud architecture (esp. Azure), and modern development tools.
8. Prior experience leading engineering and data science teams to scale B2B and B2C products.
