Per Visit PT for Worcester Teams
VNA Care is seeking Per Visit PTs for Home Health visits. Must have Home Health and Oasis E experience.
Daily rate: $480, varies based on number of visits and types of visits.
Work any combination of days and hours. Visits are scheduled between 8a-4:30p Mon-Fri and/or between 8a-6:30p Sat-Sun.
You let us know your availability to work with a preceptor and educator. A 24-hour weekly schedule is recommended while training.
Visits are scheduled in a tight geographic area each day. Geography includes:
Holden, Paxton. Rutland, Worcester
West Boylston, Boylston, Shrewsbury, Worcester
Douglas, Sutton, Millbury, Worcester
Auburn, Oxford, Webster, Dudley, Charlton, Southbridge, Sturbridge
Leicester, Spencer, Oakham, Barre, Worcester
Requirements:
- Good standing MA PT license
- Home Health and Oasis E experience
- Willingness to travel within a territory.
