Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school district in Mashpee, MA is seeking skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support K-12 students through a full school year contract. Multiple openings are available, offering both full-time and part-time positions to accommodate diverse scheduling needs. This opportunity is ideal for professionals holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or School SLP credentials.
Position Details:
- Location: Mashpee, MA
- Student Population: K-12
- Contract Length: Full school year (CSY)
- Positions Available:
- 2 full-time SLP openings (full school year)
- 1 part-time SLP opening (three days per week, full school year)
- 1 full-time SLP opening available ASAP through October 24
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLP credentials: CCC, CFY, or School SLP certification
- Experience working with school-age children in a speech-language pathology role
- Capability to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions across a range of speech and language disorders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to student growth and individualized treatment plans
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student needs
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development
