Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Lowell, MA
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM| Full-time
Job Description:
- Provide high-quality ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, center, and community-based settings. This role offers manageable caseloads, strong clinical mentorship, and a collaborative team environment focused on meaningful outcomes and work-life balance.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments
- Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs
- Ensure program quality and consistency
- Monitor client progress and adjust plans using data-driven methods
- Provide family training to support skill generalization
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure telehealth services meet BACB and insurance guidelines
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- LABA license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Strong organizational, communication, and supervisory skills
- Reliable transportation for local travel
- Reliable access to technology (laptop and internet)
Experience:
- BCBA experience: 1 year (preferred)
