Homewatch CareGivers of Malden is seeking dedicated Per Diem HHAs and CNAs to provide exceptional in-home care across the following Massachusetts areas: Malden, Everett, Melrose, Medford, Revere, Somerville, Cambridge, Arlington, Stoneham, Saugus, Wakefield, and Winchester.

Responsibilities:
- Set your own consistent schedulechoose shifts that align with your availability and lifestyle
- Deliver personalized care in the comfort of the clients home, fostering trust and meaningful relationships
- Provide companionship and emotional support, ensuring each client feels valued and heard
- Assist with daily personal care routines, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor and promptly report changes in client health or behavior to ensure timely interventions
- Maintain a clean and comfortable environment through light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and room tidying
- Accurately document care provided, supporting continuity and quality of service

Requirements
- Certification is not required, but must be able to provide verification of any certifications held
- Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility
- Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, as well as TB and drug screening tests
- Must be able to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team
- Must possess a valid drivers license or photo ID
- Must have reliable transportation
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on caregiving experience (home health, hospice, nursing home, or similar settings preferred)
Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality with a genuine desire to help others
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful connections through conversation
Capable of managing light physical tasks associated with daily caregiving duties
Proficient in spoken English; clear and respectful communication with clients and team members
Solid written and verbal communication skills for documentation and client interaction
