Your Role as an Assembly Operator:
- Operate manual, automatic, and semi-automatic microelectronics assembly equipment.
- Inspect die and packages to Military and Jedec standards using microscopes.
- Utilize hand tools to handle delicate components with precision.
- Train team members on equipment operation and assembly processes.
- Maintain audit-ready workspaces and utilize computer systems for product movement and data entry.
Your Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail for inspecting semiconductor devices.
