Westfield, MA - part time, personal care, transportation to and from errands, mornings 2+ x/week
Can be combined with other clients to reach your desired number of hours.
Mrs. T in Westfield is looking for a caregiver to help her twice each week! She is looking for help with personal care and transportation around town to run errands as well. She would like 2 or more mornings per week, exact days and time can be negotiated to fit schedules.

Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
- Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care
- Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor
- Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
- (For some clients) Provide transportation for clients to and from appointments, errands, etc.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in direct care
- Punctuality, reliability, compassion, patience, empathy
- Strong ability to read, write, understand, and speak English so as to:
- Read ADL's
- Communicate verbally with clients, families, co-workers, and administrative staff
- Vehicle or transportation
- Ability to add Business Class 30 to car insurance (reimbursed up to $50)
- Valid MA Driver's License
- Pass a background check
- At least 2 professional references (not friends)
- Be willing to accept at least 1 e/o weekend shift
Preferred:
- HHA or CNA certification (not required, we work with applicants to get HCA certified)
