GerrityStone is seeking an energetic and motivated candidate to join our team as a Project Manager. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on overseeing projects from concept to completion, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
The Project Manager serves as the quarterback of our production process, with primary responsibility for working daily with a series of major accounts to manage new business workflow through the design, quoting, and installation process needed to bring creative designs in natural and engineered stone to life. Other responsibilities include:
· Manage all phases of stone fabrication projects, from initial client consultation to final installation.
· Coordinate schedules and workflow between template, fabrication, and installation teams.
· Ensure materials, specifications, and project details meet quality standards and client expectations.
· Track project budgets, timelines, and progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
· Problem-solve any issues that arise during fabrication or installation, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements
· Proven experience in project management within the stone fabrication or related construction industry
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently.
· Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, material suppliers, and team members..
· Comfortable using project management software and basic budgeting tools.
· Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
