Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to implement evidence-based strategies.
- Provide direct support and training to staff to ensure consistent application of behavior plans.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Maintain thorough documentation and data collection in compliance with school policies.
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Experience working with K-12 students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.
- Strong ability to analyze behavior data and formulate effective intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations is preferred.
