Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Implement and monitor construction budgets</li>
<li>Coordinate schedules for material, equipment delivery and installation</li>
<li>Communicate and coordinate detailers, joist &amp; deck suppliers and erectors</li>
<li>Review and submit shop drawings and submittals</li>
<li>Must be able to manage the client’s needs and expectations</li>
<li>Will visit job sites and attend meetings on-site</li>
<li>Will correspond with general contractors, architects, engineers and owners</li>
<li>Negotiate revisions and changes to the original scope of work</li>
</ul>
 
 
Requirements 
 
1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 
2. Structural Steel Project Management experience.
