Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought for a K-12 special needs school program in Beverly, MA. This contract position runs from ASAP through June 15, 2026, and offers a Monday to Friday schedule at 35 hours per week. The role focuses on supporting students in grades 7 through 12 within a therapeutic program.
Key qualifications for this position include:
- Certification as an SLP with either CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) status
- Experience working with special needs populations
- Ability to collaborate effectively under the supervision of multiple SLPs
- Strong communication skills suitable for both face-to-face and virtual settings
Primary responsibilities involve delivering speech-language therapy tailored to students' individual needs, participating in team planning and progress monitoring, and maintaining accurate documentation. Providing support within a therapeutic classroom environment requires flexibility and a passion for helping students achieve their communication goals.
Interviews will be conducted via Zoom, with options for onsite meetings as well.
