We are seeking an Associate Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in the housing and district courts for summary process (eviction) matters as well as advise on best practices related to the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in-person in court or through zoom
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on business and legal transactions
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law if requested
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a law firm
- Familiarity with summary process work a plus, but not required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Clio Case Management software a plus
