Role Description
Seeking a life sciences patent associate attorney to be based in Boston. Candidates should have 2-8 years of experience with drafting and prosecuting patent applications; conducting patentability, freedom-to-operate, and invalidity analysis. Patent prosecution associate will conduct client counseling, and assist with portfolio management, post-grant proceedings, and litigations.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have a Life Sciences (Biology or Chemistry) background, (Ph.D, preferred).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Candidates should have a State Bar and be registered with the USPTO.
