Job DescriptionGeneral Dentist - West Springfield, MA
Shift: Full-Time / Part-Time
Setting: Dental practice (General & Pediatric focus)
Responsibilities:
· Conduct patient assessments & develop treatment plans
· Perform general & pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics
· Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques for efficiency
· Maintain accurate records (HIPAA compliant)
· Educate patients on treatment options & preventive care
· Adhere to aseptic & infection control protocols
· Collaborate with hygienists & assistants for optimal care
· Stay updated on dental technologies & practices
Requirements:
· DDS or DMD from an accredited institution
· Valid state dental license
· Preferred: Proficiency in dental software (Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix)
· Strong knowledge of dental/medical terminology, anatomy, and imaging techniques
· Experience in pediatric dentistry (preferred)
· Skilled in extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, and prosthodontics
· Excellent communication & teamwork skills
