Job Description Summary Do you love working with young children? We are seeking motivated individuals that are passionate about making a difference in children's lives and providing quality care in our early preschool classroom. <li>Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards.</li>
<li>Assist in potty training practices </li>
<li>Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive and emotional growth.</li>
<li>Maintain frequent communications with parents </li>
<li>Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met.</li>
<li>Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement.</li>
</ul>
 Requirements 
<ul>
<li>Must be able to pass a background check </li>
<li>Prior experience in a licensed child care facility is preferred </li>
<li>Ability to be flexible, energetic and collaborative</li>
</ul>
