- Location: Cambridge, MA 02138 (Massachusetts healthcare jobs)\n
- Facility Setting: Nursing Float Pool – Medical-Surgical (Telemetry)\n
- Contract Length: 8 weeks (January 5, 2026 – February 28, 2026)\n
- Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)\n
- Hours: 36 hours per week (72 hours biweekly guaranteed)\n
- Employment Type: Travel RN contract\n
\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Massachusetts RN license preferred)\n
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience\n
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required\n
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR system\n
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and float to multiple hospital units\n
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient care skills\n
- Travel nurses only – local Massachusetts candidates not eligible\n
\n\nMed/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities\n

- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit\n
- Monitor, interpret, and respond to cardiac rhythms and changes in patient condition\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans\n
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EPIC EMR\n
- Float to various units within the hospital as needed to provide clinical support\n
- Deliver compassionate education and support to patients and their families\n
