RemX is hiring a Field Service Engineer to join our team supporting advanced CNC machines and automation systems. This is a hybrid role offering both remote tech support and U.S. travel for installations, service, and customer training.
 
&amp;#x1F527; What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Install, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machinery and automation equipment</li>
<li>Provide remote and on-site technical support</li>
<li>Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance</li>
<li>Travel nationally 20%–50% to customer sites</li>
</ul>

✅ What We’re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>3+ years in field service, tech support, or related role (or a technical degree)</li>
<li>Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills</li>
<li>Familiarity with schematics, PLCs, and motion control systems</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li>
</ul>
