Job Description
Job DescriptionThe Rehab/Nursing facility needs a locum for coverage to provide care in a Long Term Care facility of 98 beds on a daily basis. 8 hour shifts M-F
Compensation: $180/hr
Location of Work Assignment: Middlebury, Vermont
Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: Monday through Friday 8-5 Schedule of Days/Times Needed To Work/ Shift Hours: 8 hour shift M-F.
NO call.
Patient Load: 8-12 patients per day
Dates of coverage requested: 05/04/2026 - 08/31/2026
Requirements:
IM, FM or Geriatric Board certification
Prefer active VT license or IMLC
