Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a full-time Case Manager specializing in special education within a K-12 school setting. This contract position, based in Kingston, NH, offers work during the current school year and involves supporting students in grades K-9 at a local charter academy.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload of approximately 12-14 students with diverse special education needs.
- Providing small group instruction focused on reading, writing, and math to support student learning and development.
- Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting instruction strategies to meet academic goals.
- Coordinating resources and services to facilitate student success.

- Experience working as a Special Education Teacher or Case Manager within a K-12 environment.
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best instructional practices.
- Ability to manage and support small groups of students effectively.
