Position: Full-Time
Location: Massachusetts
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Role Overview

This LMHC position centers on providing consistent, evidence-informed mental health care to adults through telehealth. You will manage your own caseload, guide clients through treatment goals, and deliver therapy that leads to measurable outcomes. The structure of this role allows you to focus on clinical quality while maintaining work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Perform diagnostic evaluations and ongoing assessments
• Create and update treatment plans based on client progress
• Document sessions in compliance with clinical standards
• Coordinate care when referrals or collaboration are needed

Requirements

• Active LMHC license in Massachusetts
• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related discipline
• Experience in outpatient or telehealth settings
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Reliable internet access and private workspace
