You'll be performing essential tasks related to brick and block laying, along with masonry restoration, including repointing masonry joints. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist masons with job site prep, mixing mortar, and transporting materials.
• Lay brick and block, ensuring proper alignment.
• Perform masonry restoration, including grinding out old mortar joints and repointing with new mortar.
• Clean and prepare masonry surfaces.
• Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools.
• Adhere to all safety regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in masonry labor, including brick and block laying.
• Experience with masonry restoration techniques, particularly repointing.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, kneeling, standing).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Must have your own reliable transportation to get to job sites.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly wages, ranging from $25 - $40+ per hour based on skill and experience.
• Additional benefits will be discussed during the interview process.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position, primarily outdoors at various job sites.
• Our projects are mainly located east of I-495 towards Boston, MA.
• Regular travel between job sites is required.
