Evening Pharmacy Technician Needed Contract-to-Hire
Location: Foxborough, MA
Start Date: As soon as possible
Assignment Type: 13-week contract with strong potential for permanent hire
Environment: Closed-Door Long-Term Care Pharmacy

A high-volume, long-term care pharmacy in Foxborough is actively hiring a motivated Pharmacy Technician to join their second-shift team. If youre looking for a consistent evening schedule and a long-term opportunity in a supportive, fast-paced environment this role may be a great fit.

Position Overview:
You will play a key role in preparing and packaging prescriptions for LTC residents while maintaining medication safety, accuracy, and compliance. This is a high-volume operation requiring speed, precision, and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities Include:

Accurately package medications into unit-dose or blister packs
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing stock
Track medication expiration dates and ensure compliance with storage guidelines
Maintain and update medication records in the system
Collaborate with pharmacy staff to meet delivery schedules

Technology:

Frameworks (training available)
Daily Volume: ~600 prescriptions

Available Shifts:

Weekdays: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM or 4:00 PM 12:00 AM
Weekends: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM (one weekend per month)
Candidates interested in alternate shifts may still apply

Required Credentials:

Valid, active Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician License
National PTCB Certification
Previous pharmacy experience (LTC or retail preferred)
Ability to perform efficiently under volume and time constraints
