We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Provide support in mobility and transfers using equipment such as Hoyer lifts.
- Ensure patient comfort by providing companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with medical procedures under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
