Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care in the operating room
- Prepare and maintain a sterile environment during surgical procedures
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other team members
- Monitor patient condition and respond to changes promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hospital policies
Qualifications:
- Current Permanent Massachusetts RN license required
- Proven experience in Operating Room nursing
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
- Ability to work rotating shifts including call coverage (11 pm - 7 am), weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Schedule:
- Day shift: 7 am to 3 pm
- Rotating overnight call coverage and weekend shifts
