Associate Attorney (Imsurance Coverage Litigation) – Boston, MA (02108)
Hybrid – 2 Days Remote
Salary & Benefits:
- Base salary: $120,000 – $150,000

About the Role:
Our client, a leading litigation law firm with a long-standing reputation in insurance coverage, is hiring an Associate Attorney to join its Boston-based team. This is a high-impact role supporting a legacy practice group known for handling complex insurance coverage litigation. The ideal candidate will bring deep subject matter expertise and a proactive approach to managing files from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a docket of insurance coverage litigation matters independently
- Analyze policy language and draft comprehensive coverage opinions
- Prepare pleadings, dispositive motions, and memoranda
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic litigation support
- Participate in depositions, court hearings, and client meetings
- Maintain regular communication with clients, offering guidance and updates
- Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on high-stakes matters
Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in Massachusetts
- 3–6 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation
- Proficiency in handling CGL and other commercial policy disputes
- Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases independently while contributing to team strategy
