We’re hiring a full-time Facilities Manager for our Executive Division.

As the Facilities Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the office space and environment that contributes to our mission. In this role, you will:

  • Manage vendor relationships, by overseeing contract renewals, coordinating and supervising vendor work, serving as the primary point of contact, and monitoring the quality of work to ensure reliable external support for ongoing operations.
  • Serve as the onsite project supervisor during large facility projects (windows, carpet, HVAC, lighting, space changes, landscaping, etc.).
  • Perform hands-on facility maintenance at the NH Housing facility, including minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC tasks, light construction, painting, and repairs.
  • Respond to requests for security during work hours as well as off-hour facility emergencies ensuring appropriate security measures are followed.

Your experience, skills, and education should include:

  • Experience providing hands on interior maintenance for commercial office space.
  • Property maintenance skills, including light electrical work, light HVAC repairs, small plumbing repairs, and some construction abilities.
  • safety-minded professional dedicated to promoting and maintaining workplace safety standards.
  • Technical degree in a related field or at least 5 years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Starting Pay: $61,800 - $75,600, dependent on relevant experience
