- Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM)\n
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2520 - $2700\n
\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (New Hampshire or compact state)\n
- Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience\n
- Proficiency in LDRP model: Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum care\n
- BLS certification (AHA required)\n
- Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills\n
\n\nL&D RN Responsibilities\n

- Deliver comprehensive patient care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum phases\n
- Monitor and assess mothers and newborns, ensuring patient safety and comfort\n
- Administer medications and manage high-risk protocols (Pitocin, Magnesium Sulfate, Insulin drips)\n
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams\n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to AWHONN staffing guidelines\n
- Educate and support families, providing emotional care during childbirth\n
