Automotive Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative

Monday - Friday

$18.00 - $22.00 Hourly (Depending on Experience)

This full-service automotive repair shop in Southern NH isn't your average garage. From daily drivers to luxury exotics, they've got the tools, the certifications, and the experience to get the job done right.

Now, they're looking for an Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join the crew and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and possibly grow into a full blown Service Advisor!

What You'll Do

Jump in to help with ordering parts and keeping things organized (yes, even taking care of the trash and cars when needed).
Write up estimates and keep customers in the loop. Grow into an Advisor role over time (because there's plenty of room to learn and move up).
Be the go-to support person who helps the shop stay efficient, friendly, and fun.

What They're Looking For

Someone with parts experience (think parts store or similar) is a big plus.
A proactive multitasker who doesn't mind wearing different hats throughout the day.
A team player who values honesty, communication, and doing things right the first time.

Pay & Perks

Hourly pay: $18 – $22 (depending on experience).
