Job DescriptionThe facility in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to provide inpatient-only locum tenens coverage. This hospital-based role focuses on general urology and inpatient surgical care, with collaborative support from an established urology team and no on-call requirements.
Compensation: $350/hr

Schedule Shifts are weekday day shifts with flexible hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM No on-call responsibilities.
Practice Environment
100% inpatient practice
Five urologists in the group Other urologists will be present during the locum assignment
Onsite laboratory services available
Documentation system: Meditech
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive inpatient general urology care
Perform inpatient urology surgeries
Collaborate with other urologists on the care team
Reimbursement
Facility reimburses for: Flight Hotel Rental car Mileage billed at the IRS standard rate
Requirements
Active Massachusetts medical license – required
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology – required
BLS certification – required
Clean malpractice history and background – required
Current NPDB self-query (pulled within the last month) – required
COVID vaccination – required
