Your Role as an RSP

As a Residential Support Professional, you will work closely with the same two individuals each day in a residential setting. This allows you to build strong relationships and truly see the impact you're making. You'll be a key part of our team, helping individuals with developmental and physical disabilities as well as medical challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily living skills, such as personal care, meals, and household tasks.

• Administering medications. You will be trained and work under the license of one of our Nurse Trainers.

• Keep meticulous daily activity and medication logs. Basic proficient with technology and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Helping individuals work toward their personal goals and track their progress.

• Promoting community integration, social skills, and safety.

• Serving as a strong advocate for the individuals you work with.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.

• Prior human services experience is needed, and prior medication administration experience is a definite plus.
