Your Role as an RSP
As a Residential Support Professional, you will work closely with the same two individuals each day in a residential setting. This allows you to build strong relationships and truly see the impact you're making. You'll be a key part of our team, helping individuals with developmental and physical disabilities as well as medical challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with daily living skills, such as personal care, meals, and household tasks.

Administering medications. You will be trained and work under the license of one of our Nurse Trainers.

Keep meticulous daily activity and medication logs. Basic proficient with technology and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Helping individuals work toward their personal goals and track their progress.

Promoting community integration, social skills, and safety.

Serving as a strong advocate for the individuals you work with.

Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are strong team players and motivated to create the best possible experience for those we serve. To qualify, you must have:

A high school diploma or equivalent.

A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.

Prior human services experience is needed, and prior medication administration experience is a definite plus.
