About the Role:
The BCBA will play a key role in designing and implementing behavior intervention plans to support student learning, social-emotional development, and overall well-being. Youll collaborate closely with teachers, students, and families to ensure students receive individualized behavioral support in a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Provide direct and consultative services to students and school staff

Collect, analyze, and maintain data to monitor student progress and program effectiveness

Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support positive student outcomes

Provide training and coaching to staff on behavior management strategies and interventions

Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations regarding behavioral support services
Qualifications:
-
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)

Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (required)

New Hampshire state licensure as a Behavior Analyst (required or eligible)

Experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents (preferred)

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
