About the Role:

The BCBA will play a key role in designing and implementing behavior intervention plans to support student learning, social-emotional development, and overall well-being. Youll collaborate closely with teachers, students, and families to ensure students receive individualized behavioral support in a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Provide direct and consultative services to students and school staff

  • Collect, analyze, and maintain data to monitor student progress and program effectiveness

  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support positive student outcomes

  • Provide training and coaching to staff on behavior management strategies and interventions

  • Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations regarding behavioral support services

Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (required)

  • New Hampshire state licensure as a Behavior Analyst (required or eligible)

  • Experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents (preferred)

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
