Affinity recruiting is looking for a CAD Technician Assistant for a local manufacturer in the Norwood, MA location.
Ideal candidate must be proficient with AutoCAD 2016 or higher and 2-3 years of experience as a CAD Tech.
 Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Make or change current engineering drawings using AutoCAD.</li>
<li>Experience with working directly with engineers, engineering dept, CAD techs, inside sales and other manufacturing departments.</li>
<li>Maintain electronic drawing files and associated documents.</li>
<li>Make documentation packages for use in manufacturing.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Able to read and understand customer supplied prints and documents.</li>
<li>Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.)</li>
<li>2-3 years of experience in an CAD tech role.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and math skills</li>
<li>Able to work under pressure and can work on several projects at one time.</li>

Education:
Tech school certificate
