Job Title: Paralegal
Location: 1 South Station-5th Floor, Boston, MA, 02110
Duration: 2 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $25.97/hr.

Job Description:
- Review and certify cases marked for closure to ensure accuracy for the new database.
- Compare internal case files with external dockets and resolve discrepancies.
- Review motions and prepare them for attorney/Hearing Officer signature and issuance.
- Support attorneys by organizing case materials and updating case information.
- Maintain data integrity through careful document review and quality checks.
- Communicate with attorneys and staff to ensure timely completion of case certification tasks.
