Location: Boston, NY, or DC | Salary: $225,000–$260,000 (commensurate with experience)

About the Role
As a Trademark Associate, you will counsel clients on trademark and copyright matters, manage global brand portfolios, and contribute to enforcement, prosecution, litigation, licensing, and advertising-related issues. You will operate as a strategic advisor and valued teammate within a highly respected, collaborative practice.
Who You Are

Possess 2–3 years of U.S. and foreign trademark counseling, clearance, and prosecution experience, including reviewing clearance searches and drafting responses to PTO office actions.

Experienced in cease and desist correspondence, trademark enforcement, domain name disputes, UDRP actions, TTAB proceedings, and trademark issues involving social media.

Knowledgeable in copyright law and comfortable advising clients on related matters.

Hold an active state bar membership and meet all CLE requirements.

Demonstrate strong writing abilities, excellent academic credentials, and refined analytical skills.

Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff across diverse backgrounds.

Excel in a team-oriented environment and contribute positively to relationship-building.
Compensation

Salary: $225,000–$260,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
