Job DescriptionAssembly Technician I, II, & III - 1st Shift

Join a leading company in West Boylston, MA as an Assembly Technician II, where you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing complex electrical and mechanical prototypes. Shift of the Assembly Technician I, II, III: Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Pay Rate of the Assembly Technician I, III, III: $23 per hour

Responsibilities of the Assembly Technician I, II, III:

Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical and mechanical prototype subassemblies and final assemblies according to specifications.
Provide hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving support within development engineering.
Organize and maintain prototyping build and test environments to ensure tools and equipment are properly managed.
Assist Development Engineers with revisions and improvements to build and test procedures.
Document non-conformances and ensure compliance with cGMP and ISO 13485 requirements.

Qualifications of the Assembly Technician I, II, III:

Experience in electro-mechanical and opto-mechanical assembly is required.
Familiarity with basic manufacturing methods is essential.
Experience in medical device manufacturing is preferred.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend detailed manufacturing procedures and drawings in English.
Excellent manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination are necessary.
