Position Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, with a specific focus on caring for infants aged 15 months to 2 years 9 months. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children during their most formative years.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and compassionate care to toddlers in our program, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times.
- Create a warm and nurturing environment where Toddlers can explore, learn, and develop important skills through age-appropriate activities and interactions.
- Follow established daily routines and schedules, including feeding, diapering, napping, and playtime, to support toddlers' physical and emotional needs.
- Foster positive relationships with families, communicating regularly to provide updates on their child's progress and address any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities that promote growth and learning in all areas of development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment, ensuring the safety and hygiene of all materials and equipment.
