Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position offers an opportunity to work as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) within a K-12 school setting in Massachusetts. Serving a diverse student population, the role focuses on providing essential speech and language support designed to enhance communication skills and academic success.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' specific needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with educational and professional standards
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a comprehensive support framework
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts SLP license required
- Experience working with K-12 student caseloads preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for collaboration with students, families, and staff
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic school environment
