 Behavior Technician Opportunities: In-Home Shine Your Star ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians! We have multiple openings for both in-home, in Amesbury and North Andover. We provide in-home services in the Merrimack Valley. This role is a great chance to make a difference in the lives of young children with special needs. What You'll Do: 
<ul>
<li>Follow behavior plans created by the supervisor </li>
<li>Work one-on-one with children </li>
<li>Collect data on behaviors </li>
<li>Collaborate with the care team </li>
<li>Keep accurate notes </li>
</ul>
What You Need: 
<ul>
<li>Experience working with children, especially those with autism </li>
<li>Understanding of behavior therapy techniques </li>
<li>Ability to follow care plans </li>
<li>Basic skills in data collection </li>
<li>Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines </li>
<li>Good communication skills </li>
<li>Certification in behavior management is a plus </li>
