Duties
What You’ll Do:
- Engage and interact with kiddos on their level.
- Plan and implement a curriculum with your co-teacher that sparks curiosity and confidence.
- Support child-led exploration, guided by Montessori-inspired philosophies and the natural world.
- Manage your classroom with love, laughter, and lots of intentionality.
- Build respectful, authentic relationships with children and their families.
- Collaborate with a passionate team that values YOU as a professional.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- At least 2 years of experience in an early childhood setting.
- A love for outdoor learning and a “team first” mindset.
- A sense of humor. A raincoat. A deep respect for children
- Coursework or credits in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
