Position is located at company headquarters in Littleton, NH.

As a key member of our busy Incoming Order Fulfillment team, you’ll maintain our Quality Control program and assess the progress and performance of trainees. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Creating an environment that aids the success of the adult learner
  • Giving feedback to Trainers and Manager about progress
  • Recommending remedial action when needed
  • Provides progress feedback to both trainee and supervisor
  • Coaching employees while maintaining their self-esteem
  • Reviewing procedures and recommend improvements
  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Participate in the development and delivery of presentations and communication to staff
  • Participates with the development of training outlines and written lesson plans
  • Participate in guideline maintenance. Maintain consistent guidelines with other departments.

Qualified applicant will have:

  • 2 year college degree or equivalent
  • Completion of Train the Trainer Training (will provide)
  • Proficient on AS400 computer system (will provide)
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Skilled in time management and problem solving
  • Ability to tolerate ambiguity and interruptions
  • Ability to interpret customer communication accurately
