Our skilled nursing facility is seeking a full-time Director of Nursing DON.
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Direct overall operation of the nursing department</li>
<li>Assist in creating and executing policies and procedures</li>
<li>Ensures proper nursing documentation and conducts regular chart audits</li>
<li>Participates in discharge planning, development and implementation of care plans, and resident assessments</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications and Skills
<ul>
<li>RN License</li>
<li>Experience in a supervisory capacity</li>
<li>Skilled nursing facility SNF / long-term care facility experience required</li>
<li>Highly organized and driven</li>
<li>Problem solving focused</li>
</ul>
