- Shift: 10-hour day shifts\n
- Hours: 40 hours per week + on-call rotation\n
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (excluding on-call)\n
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2800-$3000\n
- Orientation: Biweekly sessions (12/01, 12/15, 12/29, etc.)\n
\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Massachusetts nursing jobs\n
- BLS certification required\n
- Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience\n
- Proven surgical OR experience\n
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of Beverly, MA (no local travelers)\n
- Not employed by Beth Israel Lahey Health as perm or per diem in the past six months\n
- Ability to attend scheduled biweekly orientation sessions\n
\n\nOperating Room Nurse Responsibilities\n

- Deliver high-quality patient care in the Operating Room\n
- Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures\n
- Maintain a sterile and safe environment in the OR\n
- Monitor patient status and respond to changes during surgery\n
- Accurately document all aspects of patient care\n
- Participate in on-call rotation as required\n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes\n
