Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for a full-time position with school districts in the Lawrence, MA area. Applicant Requirements:

  • Must hold an active BCBA license in Massachusetts

  • Previous school-based experience required

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies, data collection, and progress monitoring

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and design effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Provide direct support and consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and families

  • Train and supervise staff in implementing evidence-based ABA strategies

  • Collect and analyze student performance data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed

  • Participate in IEP development and meetings to ensure alignment of goals and interventions

  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive educational environment
