Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Applicant Requirements:

Must hold an active BCBA license in Massachusetts

Previous school-based experience required

Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies, data collection, and progress monitoring

Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and design effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Provide direct support and consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and families

Train and supervise staff in implementing evidence-based ABA strategies

Collect and analyze student performance data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed

Participate in IEP development and meetings to ensure alignment of goals and interventions

Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive educational environment
