Test Technician – Chelmsford, MA
Day Shift | Full-Time | Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM

What You’ll Do
As an Entry-Level Test Technician, you will:
Perform electrical and RF testing on system sub‑assemblies and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.
Follow detailed Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure product quality.
Use a variety of measuring tools and electronic test equipment to verify performance and meet quality requirements.
Accurately record test results, update databases, generate reports, and assist in continuous improvement of test processes.
Perform basic troubleshooting and retesting of electronic assemblies.
Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve efficiency and support throughput goals.
What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for new graduates in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Engineering Technology, or related fields, or individuals with relevant lab or internship experience.
We’re seeking candidates who offer:
Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate digital tools for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
The ability to follow precise written and verbal instructions.
Exposure to electrical or micro-electronics concepts through coursework, labs, or internship experience (preferred but not required).
Familiarity with ESD procedures and standard electronic test equipment.
A strong work ethic, reliability, and enthusiasm for learning and career growth.
Shift & Schedule
Friday – Sunday
5:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
