Job Description: Cultivation Technician I
Reports to: Senior Manager of Cultivation and Post Harvest
Location: Manchester, NH
Status: Full-time
Salary: based on experience

General Summary:
Temescal Wellness operates state of the art medical cannabis cultivation and dispensing facilities in New Hampshire. We are seeking a Cultivation Technician to join our cultivation team in producing high quality cannabis. The perfect candidate for this position will be a detail oriented, organized, self-motivated person who likes to accomplish defined goals, and is passionate about working in the cannabis industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vegetative room work: transplanting clones, pruning and room cleaning
- Flower room work: defoliating, lollipopping, trellis netting, and room cleaning
- Basic cultivation maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Loading and unloading materials, supplies and waste
- Learning and following all Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Rules
- Driving our positive, respectful and passionate company culture
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor
Key Requirements:
- Generalized computer skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to adapt to changes
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- High-energy, enthusiasm & the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
- At least 21 years of age
- No drug related felony; ability to pass a comprehensive background check
- Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods of time
- Can physically lift up to, not exceeding, 50lbs
- Ability to complete multiple projects with excellent follow-through
- 6+ months greenhouse/horticulture/agriculture experience
- Ability to work in high temperatures and humidities found in cultivation rooms

Work Hours:
The Cultivation Associate role is a full-time position. Weekends will be a requirement.
