Job Details
A growing national law firm is seeking a litigation associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its Boston office. The role involves working closely with senior litigators on high-stakes commercial and employment-related disputes across a variety of industries, including financial services, healthcare, life sciences, and technology. Matters may include trade secret claims, restrictive covenant enforcement, government investigations, and complex contract disputes.
Ideal candidates will have experience managing key stages of litigation such as drafting motions and pleadings, overseeing discovery and ESI production, conducting depositions, and participating in court hearings. Strong writing and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a national team.
Applicants must hold a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted in Massachusetts, or willing and able to become admitted promptly. This position offers the opportunity to grow within a dynamic litigation practice with a national platform and a client base ranging from startups to global enterprises.
